Ted Miller, 87, passed away September 13, 1994 in Salt Lake City.
Born November 22, 1907 in Sugarhouse, Utah, to Carl and Anna Miller. Married Emma Ferlan, August 31, 1929, preceded him in death December 25, 1990. Was a general and specialty contractor throughout the western states. Was instrumental in many large building construction projects such as numerous area hospitals, Salt Lake Symphony Hall, Salt Palace, Washington D.C. LDS Temple, SLC International Airport and many other quality construction undertakings. He was a 60 year member of the B.P.O.Elks. Mr. Miller was involved in cattle ranching in Western Wyoming for many years.Survived by daughter, Marilyn James, Montpelier, Idaho; sons, Ted E. and Frank T. Miller, Salt Lake City; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Annie Nelson, Salt Lake City; Elsie Grant, Culver City, Calif.; brothers, Richard, Tucson, Ariz.; and Robert, Salt Lake City.
Private family services will be held Thursday, December 15, 1994. Funeral directors, Cottonwood Mortuary.
