Diane Aguado, age 43, of Provo, died December 13, 1994, at UVRMC, due to complications from meningitis.

She was born October 17, 1951 in Provo, Utah, a daughter of Robert Miles and Mignon Remola Mecham Flick. She married Rafael Murillo Aguado on June 15, 1981, in Magna, Utah.Diane graduated from Provo High School. She attended beauty school. She lived in Los Angeles, California. She worked for Signetics for about eight years, and Rockwell International. At the time of her death, she was employed by Industry West in Orem, as supervisor. She enjoyed hunting and the out-of-doors. She enjoyed her garden and yard. She won the Yard of the Year Award in her neighborhood. She enjoyed playing bingo, and traveling to Wendover. She taught herself to play the organ and enjoyed it very much. She loved driving through the different canyons. She was a member of the LDS Church.

She is survived by her husband of Provo; two daughters, Mrs. Stacey Ann (William "Micheal") Crandall; and Angela Lynn Aguado of Provo; three grandchildren, Skyler James Crandall; Shealee Diane Crandall; and Colton Micheal Crandall; four sisters, Mrs. Alfred (Tonya Lee) Pando of Murray; Mrs. Max (Patricia) Contreras of Magna; Mrs. Gary (Janice) Ford of Provo; Mrs. Harlan (Kristine) Reymont of Sandy; several nieces and nephews; stepfather, Donald Lewis Clark of Sandy; and stepgrandmother, Emma Mecham Davis of Orem. She was loved and adored by all of her nieces and nephews, and has a special place in all of their hearts.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 16, 1994 at 2 p.m. at the Lakeside 6th Ward LDS Chapel. Friends may call Thursday evening at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, from 6-8 p.m. or Friday morning at the ward chapel, one hour prior to services. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
