April Fleming gets a hug from her brother Travis Francis, whom she met for the first time last week, at the Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle. The sometimes homeless 16-year-old girl is dying of a blood disease. When the Make-A-Wish Foundation said it would like to help her fulfill a dream, she asked it to buy Christmas gifts for homeless children. "That night, I didn't know if I'd make it through," April said, explaining her wish. "There were other people out there who needed it more."
