A bilingual Santa Claus cuddles up with Heather Lee Jimenez for a chat about Christmas wishes. The event was sponsored by the central office of the Division of Family Services last week, and the low-income families who have dealings with the office were invited. Family Services employees presented each family with a basket of fruit, and the children received a toy from Santa.
