Gwendolyn V. Haws, 75, died Tuesday, December 13, 1994 in her home in Hoytsville, Utah.
She was born December 7, 1919 in Granger, Wyoming to Ira Corbett and Moritta Bagley Stone. On November 15, 1944 she married Claud M. Haws in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church, Hoytsville 1st Ward. She became a registered nurse at the LDS Hospital School of Nursing and was an O.R. nurse in Santa Rosa, California for 10 years.Surviving are her husband, Coalville; one son and one daughter, David R. Haws, Hattiesburg, Mississippi; Cheri Haws, Santa Rosa, California; five grandchildren; mother, Verrel Stone, Rigby, Idaho and three brothers. She was preceded in death by one brother.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 21, 1994 at 12 noon in the Hoytsville 1st Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary in Coalville, Tuesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment: Hoytsville Cemetery.
