Joseph (Joe) Kayle Price left us on December 17, 1994 to return to his Heavenly Father. He passed away in an automobile accident coming from the mountain, one of the places he loved.
We were blessed with Joe on September 22, 1974 in Vernal, Utah. He was born at a time when we all needed him most.Joe loved to hunt. It was one of his greatest passions in life. He got his first big elk this year. He also got his first bear. He was on his way home to go lion hunting at the time of his death. Joe loved the mountains, the Book Cliffs, fishing, rodeo, bull riding, farming (sometimes), camping, his Gramps, his red truck, music as loud as thunder, and his buddies.
Joe graduated from Uintah High in 1992. He was on the high school rodeo team. He loved to weld and took many welding classes. He was employed by Ouray Construction.
Joe is survived by so many who loved him: his parents, John and Debbie Turney; his sisters, Kalli Jo, Kim, Kayla; his brother, Cory (Bud), all of Jensen, Utah; his father, Danny J. Price, Berkley, Calif.; his grandparents, George and Rose Murray, Jensen; Betty Turney, North Mrytle Beach, South Carolina; John and Fran Price, Vernal; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
"We love you, Joe. Merry Christmas. You got the greatest gift of all-peace."
