Nancy Kerrigan questioned the judging at the Olympics, saying her silver medal performance was "flawless" while gold medalist Oksana Baiul's was not.
Wearing her medal, Kerrigan was paraded Sunday before thousands of cheering fans at Disney World under a blizzard of red, white and blue confetti. The 24-year-old figure skater from Stoneham, Mass., is under contract to the Walt Disney Co. and ABC to perform on television, make a Disney movie, participate in Disney's Easter and Christmas parades and do commercials.
Though she has plunged into her lucrative future, Kerrigan did pause for one more look back.
"I know the judges are supposed to deduct for errors, and I'm not quite sure they did that because I was flawless," Kerrigan told reporters after the parade. "Oksana, although she's a great skater and real nice to watch, did have a couple of mistakes. I skated clean, and she had a few minor errors. They're supposed to take off points for that."
