The Atlanta Hawks have offered unrestricted free agent Danny Manning a multiyear contract worth more than $4 million a season, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution said today.

But Manning and other free agents are waiting for the outcome of an antitrust trial in federal court in New York, in which U.S. District Judge Kevin Duffy said he will rule on the legality of the NBA draft, free agency and salary cap after today's hearing.
