Norm and Cliff can resume their bar fight.

A San Francisco appeals court reinstated a lawsuit Thursday by former "Cheers" stars George Wendt and John Ratzenberger over what they claim are robot copies of them in airport bars. The lawsuit asks Host International to remove pairs of robots from the bars, which have "Cheers" themes. The robots, named Bob and Hank, perch on stools and exchange electronic chitchat.

A federal judge dismissed the original lawsuit, saying the robots didn't look like the actors. The appeals court said there was enough of a resemblance to let a jury decide.
