Two rappers who had built a strong following in the Philadelphia area are accused with a third man of murdering a policewoman during a botched bank robbery.

Warren "Steady B" McGlone, 26, was charged Thursday in the slaying of officer Lauretha Vaird. Police said he was the getaway driver in the holdup Tuesday at a PNC bank branch. After interrogating McGlone, police issued murder warrants Friday for Christopher Roney, 26, also known as "Cool C," and Mark Canty, 22. Roney surrendered at police headquarters Friday night; Canty had not been arrested.
