Britain's Charity Commission is looking into the local arm of Michael Jackson's Heal the World charity following a television report it had made no donations for three years. Jackson set up the worldwide charity in 1992, proclaiming the goal of raising $100 million by the end of 1993 to help children and the environment.

Richard Fowler, president of Heal the World International, said the British arm of the charity had been made semidormant to cut costs but would be revived soon.
