Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away December 17, 1998, after a short battle with Lou Gehrig Disorder, at her home in Taylorsville, Utah.
Born July 29, 1943 in Aleppo, Syria, daughter of Abraham and Mary Mardirossian Hindoian. Married Haroutioun Arslanian April 21, 1963 in Beirut, Lebanon; solemnized May 20, 1978 in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a third generation member of the LDS Church where she served in the Primary presidency and as a teacher, Relief Society presidency, was an Armenian genealogy extractor, Sunday School teacher, Activities Committee member and Visiting Teacher. She loved the church with all her heart and has a great testimony of the Savior. She loves her husband, children and grandchildren very much. She is proud of her heritage and enjoyed doing handwork, knitting and crocheting, especially Armenian lace. Enjoyed working with her family in the rug making business. She touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with and will be missed dearly.Survived by her husband, Haroutioun, Taylorsville; children, Aram Arslanian, Duchesne; Krikor Arslanian, Bakersfield, California; Liza Arslanian Nash, Taylorsville; seven grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers. Preceded in death by parents and infant sister.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. at the Paradise Ward, 1555 Lovely Road. Friends may call Sunday, 5-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and Monday at the Church, 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
