EIMCO, a division of Baker Hughes Process Equipment Co. based in Salt Lake City, has acquired two process divisions of WEIR Group PLC.
EIMCO announced that it has acquired WEIR Engineering Pty. Ltd. of Australia and WEIR-Envirotech Pty. Ltd. of South Africa. Both companies are suppliers of separation and treatment systems in their respective mining industries.Details of the transaction were not released.
EIMCO is a supplier of solutions used in minerals processing, industrial separation and treatment systems for municipal and industrial water and wastewater.
