A high school dropout who taunted police and terrorized the city as the Zodiac killer was sentenced to 83 years in prison.
Heriberto Seda, a gun-collecting loner, was sentenced Wednesday on three counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and several assault and weapons charges.Judge Robert J. Hanophy told Seda, 30, that he was "going to die in prison."

Seda was convicted last month after a six-week trial. He was accused of being the Zodiac killer, a gunman whose letters taunted police and news organizations with plans to kill one person for each of the 12 astrological signs.
