MIDWAY, UTAH--Marguerite Huber, age 91, died at her home in Midway, Utah February 18, 1999.

She was born July 9, 1907 in Park City, Utah, the daughter of John Martin Huber and Elizabeth Gertsch Huber. With her parents she moved to Midway, Utah where she grew up and attended elementary school. She graduated from Wasatch High School in Heber City and later graduated from the Brigham Young University. She taught in the elementary schools in Carbon, Davis and Wasatch School Districts. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served at various ward and stake callings. She served as a missionary in the Eastern States and in the Louisville Kentucky Missions. She was a Pink Lady volunteer at the Wasatch County Hospital in Heber City and served as a German Name Extractor at the Heber Regional Genealogical Library.She is survived by two brothers and two sisters. John and Florence Huber, Sacramento, CA; Hattie Walsh, Bountiful; James and Margaret Huber, Provo; and Vera and Jack Carlson, Charleston, UT; numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters and two brothers: Eva (Arthur Wilson), Clara, Matilda, Edith, Martin and Alma.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 22, 1999 at 1 p.m. in the Midway 3rd Ward (165 N. Center, Midway) in the care of Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home (288 N. Main, Heber City). A viewing for family and friends will be held Sunday, 5-7 p.m. and Monday 11:45-12:45. in the Midway 3rd Ward. Interment will be in the Midway Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the general missionary fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or to the Heber Regional Family History Center.
