"Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather," Thomas A. Hudachko, Jr. passed away March 22, 1999 in Salt Lake City due to complications from surgery.

Tom was born October 12, 1914 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He moved to Salt Lake City in 1949. He excelled both academically and in sports at Rock Springs High School. He served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater during World War II. Tom married Evelyn (Dollee) Veronda, December 14, 1940. She passed away July 25, 1975. Married Karen Coon October 7, 1979. He was employed by Pacific Fruit and Produce Co. for 48 years. He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church for many years, where he volunteered as an usher and assisted in bingo for over 30 years.Tom is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Art and wife Susan, Salt Lake, and grandchildren, Tom, Peter, and Emily. Also sisters, Tess Butler, Josephine Potter, and brother, Alois, stepdaughters, Mary, Margaret, Carolyn, Jennifer, Deborah, and 13 step grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, 11 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 450 East 2100 South. A Vigil Service will be held Thursday, 7 p.m. at the Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, where friends may visit Thursday 6-7 p.m. Committal Service, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 4th Ave. and T Street.
