NEPHI -- Juab High School is turning 100 years old.
And the whole town is turning out to celebrate.Juab's centennial celebration starts today at 8:30 a.m. with an alumni golf tournament. For those who like to swing at white balls with bats, a softball tournament is planned at the same time at the city baseball diamond.
Nephi residents and current and former students also are invited to a 4 p.m. parade that will start at the city park and end at 200 South. A dinner at the fairgrounds will follow the parade. Cost is $2.

A 7 p.m. show will wrap up the activities. Gov. Mike Leavitt is expected to be in the parade and speak at the evening program.
