Now that she's invested $290,000 on renovations, talk-show host Rosie O'Donnell is looking to move from the mansion known as "Pretty Penny."
Her publicist, Jennifer Glaisek, said that O'Donnell is looking for more privacy and security than the 22-room home in Nyack can provide. The 150-year-old house is on a main road in this New York City suburb.
The previous occupants, actress Helen Hayes and her husband, Charles MacArthur, bought the house in 1931. Hayes said its name came from remark of a friend: "This place must have cost a pretty penny."
O'Donnell bought the house for $770,000 in 1996. The new listing price? $2.75 million.

It's not every pop idol's idea of an accolade, but rock singer Tina Turner has been deemed the best way to frighten birds off an airport's runway.
Turner's voice is more effective in scaring birds from Gloucestershire airport's landing strips than specially designed cassettes of bird distress calls, airport chief fire officer Ron Johnson told The Times newspaper.
"We used to broadcast tapes with birds' distress sounds, but we found they don't work very well -- and what the birds really hate is Tina Turner," Johnson said.

Leaks have terminated previews of Arnold Schwarzenegger's new movie.
Universal Studios canceled test screenings of "End of Days" at a San Fernando Valley theater this week because advance word hit the Internet and a TV station.
"There were a lot of people who had gotten wind of the screening," said Gary Frost, a manager at Chatsworth's Pacific Winnetka 21 theaters.
Hosts on KTTV-TV's "Good Day L.A." had asked viewers to attend the screenings and phone or fax in their reviews.
