Irma Randolph, 91, died on Nov. 29, 2000 after a short illness.

She was born in 1909 in Berlin, Ger-many. She married Ludwig Meyer in Switzerland in 1928 and together they reared a daughter and son. Irma immi-grated to the United States of America in 1953 a few years after the death of her husband.

She is survived by her daughter Sonja Hilding and son Rene Meyer and their spouses, nine grandchildren and their spouses, 13 great-grandchildren, and her younger sister Ruth and her family.

Irma married her second husband, Bill Wiser, in 1957. They enjoyed many years of working together and vacationing in wonderful places. He died in 1970, two years before Irma's retirement. Irma's retirement years were shared with her third husband, Engel Randolph, in Leisure World in Southern California. They had many wonderful friends and participated in a very active life. After his death Irma moved to Utah to be close to her two children and their families. She was a role model for her children and grandchildren and was much loved, admired and respected by them and the many people whose lives she touched and who were privileged to know her. Her many stories and adventures were an inspiration to her children and grandchildren. Her death creates a void to all of us--she will be sorely missed.

Private memorial services for the close relatives will be held at a later date. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the gracious and friendly staff at Waterford Apartments and Brighten Gardens. They played an important part in enriching her last year on earth and in comforting her during the last days of her life.
