Daniel Vest has been hired as a technologist; he designs and implements the technological aspect of a Web site.

She previously was director of student services for 15 years at the Utah campus. Benjamin Fagre has been named operations coordinator at the Taylorsville Learning Center. He previously was curriculum coordinator and bookstore manager at both the Salt Lake main campus and the Taylorsville Learning Center. Diane Wells has been appointed scheduling coordinator at the Taylorsville Learning Center.
Krista Oicles has been named assistant vice president in the real estate department of Zions Bank. She has been at Zions for three years.
Alison Mudd has joined Christopherson Business Travel as a corporate travel consultant in the company's on-site office recently established at ISG Resources' corporate headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City. She will manage a full range of travel management services including air travel planning and booking, computerized reservations and on-site ticket printing systems, car rental, and other services.
Chisco has named Amy Abbott to be the company's production manager. She previously worked on the production, design and marketing side of the recreation and sports industry for the past 12 years. With the recent acquisition of Quest Industries, Chisco now manufactures more than 130 sports accessory products.
Greg Butterfield has been appointed president of Altiris, a Lindon-based developer of software products. The current Altiris president, Jan Newman, will continue with the company in the role of CEO.

Moab Communications has promoted Dalene Nielson to station manager at KCYN-FM 97 in Moab. Nielson was promoted from sales manager after 18 months at the radio station. Nielson previously was in radio sales in Elko, Nevada. KCYN-FM 97 broadcasts country music with a signal that reaches Price, Monticello, Richfield and various state and national parks in southeastern Utah.
Tim Palmer has been named industrial sales manager at the Utah Industrial Depot, an industrial park located at the former Tooele Army Depot. He will focus on educating potential tenants about the advantages of relocating their businesses to the Industrial Depot. He belongs to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and holds a Utah real estate license. He is a registered real estate appraiser in Utah.
