Sixteen years after she won an Olympic gold medal, Mary Lou Retton has no intention of slowing down.
The 32-year-old gymnast gave birth to her third daughter, Skyla Brae Kelley, on Aug. 9, and recently completed a promotional tour for her book, "Gateways to Happiness." She also is working on a children's television program, "Mary Lou's Flip Flop Shop."
"It's great being a new mom again," Retton said this week. "The birth of our third daughter is truly a blessing. As our family continues to grow, I want to work hard to reach out to families and children across America."
Retton won the women's all-around gold medal in gymnastics at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
