McALESTER, Okla. (AP) — A man who fatally stabbed, beat and sexually molested a 7-year-old girl in his apartment was executed by fatal injection Tuesday night.

Floyd Allen Medlock, 29, told police "something clicked" in his mind before he killed Katherine Ann Busch in 1990. Medlock's execution was the third in Oklahoma this month. Five more are scheduled over the next three weeks.
