Jack in the Box restaurant has opened its first operation in Washington, Washington County.
The restaurant is at 1430 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway and will employ about 45 people. The Washington location is the second Jack in the Box in Utah. The other is in St. George.
Jack in the Box was founded in 1951 and is headquartered in San Diego. The company operates or franchises nearly 1,750 restaurants in 16 states.
