Michael Joseph Miskol, 72 of Salt Lake City, died October 24, 2001 at his home.
He was born January 5, 1929 in Arvada, Colorado to Michael Andrew and Stephena Anna Stevens Miskol. He married Dorothy Mary Brisbois in the Shrine of St. Anne Church in Arvada, Colorado on September 10, 1950.
Mike worked for IML Freight for 36 years. He then worked for Dunn Oil for two years and Bergen Distributing for eight years. His joy was in yard work and the growing of flowers.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dorothy. Daughters, Jeanette (Kevin) McClellan of Littleton, Colorado and Renee (Jeff) Dietz of West Jordan, Utah. Son, Mark (Michelle) Miskol of Kearns, Utah. Grandchildren, Steven (Danielle) McClellan, Connie (Robert) Rice, Matthew and Marsha Miskol. Sisters and Brothers, Sister M. Antonette, Frances, Margaret, Anna, Helen, Lawrence, John, Robert, Jim, and Mary. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Steven, and sister, Noreen.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3580 West 3650 South. A Vigil service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. also at the church, where friends may call from 6-7 p.m. Private family committal: Mt. Calvary Catholic
