The Hamlet companies recently moved into their new headquarters in the Towers at 45th South.
The $3.2 million office building, built by Layton Construction, is the third and final building in the complex. Hamlet companies owner and chairman Michael Brodsky said the Clock Tower at 45th South features 30,000 square feet of office space. Initially, the Hamlet companies — which include Hamlet Homes and Stirling Mortgage — will occupy one-third of the office space, with the rest of the building leased to other tenants including National City Mortgage, Accu Mortgage and Integrated Physical Medicine.
Brodsky said Hamlet's previous headquarters, 470 E. 3900 South, has been sold to the Leavitt Insurance Group.
