A 1,338-acre farm in Ottumwa, Iowa, once owned by Tom Arnold and Roseanne Barr is back on the market for $1.575 million.
Arnold, host of the Fox Sports Network's "Best Damn Sports Show Period," donated the property to his alma mater, Indian Hills Community College, after his four-year marriage to Barr fell apart in 1994.
The college has used the property for horticulture classes and rents out the buildings to generate money for its scholarship fund.

Arnold and Barr were building a 28,000-square-foot mansion on the property when they split up. Left without walls or a roof, the framework was exposed to the elements. The college never found a use for it.
