San Francisco-based SVC Financial Services Inc. said Tuesday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Draper-based XMLAuthor Inc.
The acquisition is expected to be completed during the second quarter for an undisclosed combination of cash and stock, SVC said.
Privately held XMLAuthor Inc. is a software development company that has additional offices in Phoenix.
