Frank Mendoza was named chef of the Atrium Restaurant in the Cliff Lodge at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort. Mendoza studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Prior to joining Snowbird, Mendoza worked at restaurants in California, Seattle and Chicago. In Utah, Mendoza served as executive chef at the Metropolitan restaurant and a Park City resort. In addition to his duties at the Atrium, Mendoza will be Snowbird's morning banquet chef.

The Utah Association of Realtors has named Christopher J. Kyler chief executive officer. Kyler has been with the UAR for six years, serving most recently as director of government affairs and general counsel. He is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. The association also named Deanna Devey as director of communications and Jennifer Miller as administrative assistant.

Gracelyn NeVille has joined the Salt Lake office of MWH. NeVille is a senior engineer with the firm and has been a part of MWH's Florida team for the past four years. NeVille has more than six years of engineering experience and is a licensed professional engineer in Utah and Florida. She is a graduate of Utah State University.

Shelley B. Clarke, president of GoldenWest Credit Union, was recently appointed to the government affairs board of the Credit Union National Association. The CUNA board is responsible for addressing legislation, regulations and other political concerns of the credit union industry.

America First Credit Union announced several staff changes. Joanna Kellerstrass was named manager of the credit union's business account services department. Kellerstrass has been with America First for 26 years, serving most recently as manager of its Bountiful branch. Don Adams was appointed to serve on the credit union's loan review committee. Adams is employed at Hill Air Force Base and is a volunteer with America First. Susan Chadwick was named manager of America First's West Valley City branch. Chadwick has been with the credit union for 16 years, most recently serving as manager of the community branch.

Doug Smith was named chief financial officer of Intermountain Health Care's urban north region, which includes McKay-Dee Hospital, Logan Regional Hospital and other clinics and health centers. Smith has been with IHC for 14 years, most recently serving as director of corporate finance and chief financial officer of IHC's rural region. He is a graduate of BYU.

Dana Baird has joined Commerce CRG as vice president of marketing for the firm's property management division. Her responsibilities will include recruiting new clients and creating a client relations program. Baird has extensive experience in property start-ups, including accounting, budget and communications issues. She is a graduate of the University of Utah.

Community First National Bank announced several new hires. William Smedley, Robyn Ontiveros, Patti Brown, Salvador Ventura, Chad Canter and Robyn Volk have joined the bank in its newly formed Private Client Services division, headed by Jae Smith. Smedley and Ontiveros will be located at the bank's Cottonwood office. Brown will be based at the Layton office. Ventura and Canter will work at the bank's City Center branch, while Volk will be located at its Sandy office.

Hospice for Utah announced three staff changes. Lisa Warner has been hired as a social worker. Warner is a graduate of Weber State University. She will serve Hospice for Utah's clients in Davis and Weber counties. Kelly Forgarty (not pictured) was hired as chaplain. Forgarty is a graduate of the U. and has served several community and academic organizations in Utah. Cindy Yates was promoted to communications manager. Yates has more than 15 years of marketing experience.

Wells Fargo Investments has named David J. Griffiths sales director for Utah, and Clark C. Pingree sales director for the metro Salt Lake area. Griffiths has more than six years of financial services experience. He is a graduate of the U. and USU. Pingree also has more than six years of experience in financial services and joined the bank's Utah team from its San Francisco office. He is a graduate of BYU.

Zions Bank has named Gabriel Perez as manager of the bank's Midvale branch, one of the bank's designated Hispanic banking centers. Perez will oversee the branch's sales, service and loan production. He will also serve as a financial information source for Spanish-speaking clients. He has 19 years of banking experience and is a graduate of the Instituto Politecnico National.

Benesight, a Florida-based independent health care plan manager, has appointed Mike Enzenbacher vice president of sales for the western region. He will oversee new business development in Utah, California, Colorado and Nevada. Enzenbacher has more than 23 years of experience in health insurance and sales.

The Salt Lake law firm of Strong & Hanni has named Graden P. Jackson shareholder. Jackson's practice focuses on commercial transactions, business litigation and estate planning. He is a member of the firm's business and tax and commercial litigation groups.

Celia Oberg was named relocation manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Oberg has 10 years of experience in the relocation industry, most recently as senior relocation consultant for an Illinois firm. She is a Certified Relocation Professional.

John Witmer has joined the American Cancer Society as director of estate and asset services in Utah and Nevada. Witmer has more than 30 years of experience in the trust industry. Witmer is a graduate of Widener University in Pennsylvania.
