IFSA Strongman Ltd. said Monday it has completed its merger with Draper-based Synerteck Inc.
IFSA manages Strongman athletes and events worldwide. Synerteck is an information technology services provider.
IFSA said it has sold all of its outstanding shares to publicly traded Synerteck. A new management team intends to change the company's name to IFSA Strongman Inc., as well as its focus to the Strongman business, IFSA said.
