Obituary: Margie Ann Nelson

Margie Ann Nelson 1941 ~ 2005 PERRY - Margie Ann Nelson, 64, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2005. Margie was born January 7, 1941 in Sunset, Utah a daughter of June Arave and Thora Altcha Galloway Martin. She married D. Gary Nelson April 9, 1959 in the Salt Lake Temple. Margie was very active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had served as Relief Society President, Young Women's, Primary President and in many other church callings. Surviving are her husband, Gary, Perry, UT; children, Pamela Ann (Terry) Wilding, Bountiful, UT; Dale Martin (Darla Fawn) Nelson, Woodscross; Kevin Gary (Estell May) Nelson, Clearfield, UT; Karen Kristine (Danny Brent) Napier, Jr., Spanish Fork; Julie Ann (Dale Alan) Tucker, Farmington, UT; Natalie Marie Nelson, Bountiful; Dean Allen (Emily Lynn) Nelson, Brigham City; Philip Benjamin Nelson, Brigham City; Vaughn Arave (Brittany I.) Nelson, Logan, UT; Katie Camille Nelson, Perry, UT; 26 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, parents, June and Thora Martin, Sunset, UT; brother and sisters, Lois Jane Ellsworth, Sunset, UT; Connie Lou Conatser, Clearfield, UT; Daniel William Martin, CA; Merry Elizabeth Graham, Ogden. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, brother, Gordon, Jay and Della Louise Martin, sister, Betty Martin. Margie will be missed by all, but she is on her mission. She will be busy preparing for family to join her in eternal togetherness. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Perry 3rd Ward Chapel, 2415 South Park Dr., Perry, UT. Friends may call on Monday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E. Brigham City, and on Tuesday from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Willard Cemetery.
