Advanced Wireless Communications said Wednesday it plans to acquire Heritage Communications Inc. Both are based in Salt Lake City.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Advanced said it expects the merger to close by April 29.
Advanced has marketed ultra-high-speed wireless Internet access, Voice over Internet Protocol and other products developed by Heritage, having an exclusive license for the continental United States except for Idaho.
