Salt Lake-based Hemingway Enterprises LLC has sold Town & Country Life Insurance Co. to a newly formed holding company.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The holding company is led by William R. Moreton and Scott C. Ulbrich of Salt Lake.
Town & Country will continue business under its current name and will be based at 709 E. South Temple. The company has been in business since 1955 and has been based in Utah since 1986.
