Salt Lake-based private-label Internet services company Ikano Communications announced that it has acquired the subscriber bases of two Texas-based Internet service providers.
CookeNET Internet Service and CompuWise Internet Solutions were previously operated by Morgan Publishing, a digital and print publishing company based in Bowie, Texas.
Terms were not disclosed. Ikano will maintain the names.
