Oce NV, a digital document management and products company, said Friday that its U.S. division, Oce Business Services, will acquire Salt Lake-based CaseData Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
Privately owned CaseData provides electronic discovery and litigation support services to U.S. law firms and corporations. It has about $14 million in annualized revenue and nearly 200 employees. In addition to its Salt Lake base, it has coding and quality control operations in the Philippines.
