Riding the rails

THE CUMBRES AND TOLTEC SCENIC RAILROAD, which traverses the mountains between Antonito, Colo., and Chama, N.M., will open for business this year on Memorial Day weekend. The highest point along the 64-mile route is 10,015-foot Cumbres Pass. The Society of International Railway Travelers has named it "one of the best 20 railway experiences in the world." A 'Grand' education
