Catherine "Katie" Whiting Lewis 1936 ~ 2006 ST. GEORGE, UT - The greatest love story began when a girl moved to Kanab, Utah and the Kanab High School student body president was smitten. From there it was history. Jerry B. Lewis married Katie Whiting on March 29, 1951 in the St. George Temple. Catherine Eugenia Whiting was born in Los Angeles, CA on May 14 1936 to Ralph E. Whiting and Nellie Priestly Whiting. After Jerry and Katie were married they moved to Mesa, AZ where they were blessed with four of their children.
