Woodbury Corp. has closed on the purchase of 27 acres of commercial property at Stansbury Park in Tooele County from Lucadia Financial Corp., NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate said.
The price was not disclosed.
Preliminary plans call for a grocery-anchored shopping center to be built.
