David Michael Perkins

1967 ~ 2007

David Michael Perkins. Everyone's friend. His generosity and personal attention to those he loved is something cherished by all he left behind. David truly loved his wife.David died Tuesday, December 18th morning at home in his sleep. He was 40 years old.

Born Mar. 22, 1967 in Logan UT. He was raised by his parents along with four siblings in Orem, UT.

David studied at Brigham Young University where he graduated top of his class with a degree in

Zoology. David met the love of his life, Denise Stuart, in May of 1993 and soon married in August of the same year. As Dave put it, "when you know you know".

In 1995, after graduation, Dave and Denise moved to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. There he pursued his professional career in computer

sciences, real estate, and the

medical field.

David was a "jack of all trades". He was accomplished as a black belt in karate, swam in the Jr. Olympics for the state of Utah, received his Eagle Scout at the age of 14 and learned the Spanish language while serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Panama. He also had the ability to appreciate the beautiful things in life. Dave knew something about everything.

People loved Dave. His engaging personality drew people to him and he always had open arms for the stray souls he came across during his life. He will be missed. Until we meet again, David.
