Murray-based Zevex International Inc. announced Wednesday that its stockholders have voted to approve and adopt a merger agreement between Zevex and a wholly owned subsidiary of Moog Inc., based in East Aurora, N.Y.

Zevex also said the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvement Act expired March 3, so the company expects to complete the proposed merger on Friday.

With the $83.8 million deal, which was announced in January, Zevex will become a part of Moog's Medical Devices division.
