Murray-based Zevex International Inc. announced Friday that its $83.8 million acquisition by Moog Inc., based in East Aurora, N.Y., has been completed.

Zevex is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Moog and is part of Moog's Medical Devices Segment. Zevex will continue normal operations through its two primary divisions, Applied Technology and Therapeutics, located in Utah.

As a result of the merger, Zevex requested that Nasdaq delist its common stock as of the end of Friday.
