• Professional Republican Women of Utah has selected its 2008 board. Jennifer Hogge is president. She works in LDS Philanthropies, in donor services for Humanitarian Services. She teaches history, government and the founding of America at the University of Phoenix. Peggy Wallace is first vice president and vice president of programs. Her career includes 37 years at financial institutions and serving in the Utah House of Representatives. Ally Isom is second vice president and vice president of membership. She is deputy director of the Utah Department of Community and Culture. She previously worked for the Salt Lake City Government and Public Affairs Division of R&R Partners and twice managed the campaigns of Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff. Cherilyn Bacon Eagar is corresponding secretary and vice president of communications. She is marketing director at Webstarget By Computer Camp. Her background includes serving as a county and state delegate in three states. Lori Harding is treasurer. Harding is the regional sales administrator for Zions Bank and has been a banking professional for past 24 years.

Kaohu Kanakaole and Diana Windley have been promoted at Goldenwest Credit Union to assistant vice presidents. Kanakaole's responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of the Goldenwest accounting department, as well as financial statement presentation for the credit union. She began her career at Goldenwest in 1989 as a teller. She has subsequently served as an accounting clerk, senior accountant and accounting department manager. Her education includes a degree from Weber State University. Windley's responsibilities include marketing strategy and execution, product development, event planning and sales management. She has 15 years of marketing, advertising and communications experience, including 10 years of financial services marketing. She joined the Goldenwest management team in 2004 as the director of marketing. Windley has a degree from Brigham Young University.

Russell T. Raddon has been named large group practice leader for Humana Inc.'s Utah commercial health-insurance business. With 17 years of experience working for insurance carriers, employers and multispecialty medical groups, Raddon will be responsible for new sales, account management, sales administration and retention of large-group customers of 100 or more employees located throughout Utah. Raddon comes to Humana with experience in executive-level and sales leadership roles. From 2005 to 2008, Raddon served as a vice president for another company's satellite office in Denver. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Katie Woslager has joined the Utah Division of Arts and Museums as grants and endowment manager. Woslager has experience in management, human resources and sales. Prior to joining the division, Woslager was operations manager for one company and worked in personnel administration at another.

• Financial adviser Dixie L. Munsee has joined Bob Aamodt Inc. as an associate wealth adviser. Munsee specializes in educating small businesses and women on how to prepare for their financial future. Before joining Bob Aamodt Inc., Munsee operated a financial advising company, Financial Insight & Tactics. She also is a motivational speaker and seminar presenter and writes a weekly newspaper column.

James P. Allen has joined Snell & Wilmer's Salt Lake City office as an associate. Allen's practice focuses on the state and federal regulatory aspects of natural-resource development. Allen is a former assistant Utah attorney general in the Natural Resources Division and served as counsel for the divisions of Oil, Gas & Mining; Water Resources; Water Rights; Wildlife Resources; and Forestry, Fire and State Lands. Allen also served as the staff attorney and report editor for the Utah Mine Safety Commission. Before attending law school, Allen was research scientist with the U.S. Bureau of Mines and a technical support manager for a process equipment company. His education includes degrees from the University of Utah.

Dustin Couch and Colin Barrett have joined The Summit Group Communications. Couch is production manager. He will coordinate and manage all production activities and oversee all projects for TV, radio and collateral for TSG clients. He has been working in marketing and advertising since 1996. His education includes a degree from the University of Utah. Barrett is a copy writer. Prior to joining TSG, Barrett worked as a copy writer for another company. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Curtis Rawlings and Renee Tribe have joined Intermountain Financial Group, the Utah agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., as financial-services advisers to help with life insurance and investment needs. Curtis has financial experience as a CPA. His education includes a degree from Utah State University. Tribe has more than six years of experience as a financial adviser.

Karen Olson, principal owner of the Metropolitan restaurant in Salt Lake City, has been appointed vice chairwoman of the Distinguished Restaurants of North America board of directors. Olson is the founder and co-chairwoman of Salt Lake's Downtown Dine O' Round.

Jodi M. Juretich has been appointed chief financial officer at Cimetrix Inc. She will be responsible for overall financial management, contracts and human resources and will be a strategic contributor in executing the company's business plans. She joined the company as controller, treasurer and secretary in May 2007. Juretich has more than 10 years of executive accounting management experience with private, high-growth companies and 10 years of public accounting experience. Before joining Cimetrix, Juretich held several senior-level and executive finance roles in which she was responsible for venture-capital generation, treasury management, cost containment, financial-modeling forecasting and analysis and financial reporting. Juretich's education includes a degree from Westminster College.

Michael Keough has been appointed chief executive officer and president of Encover Inc., and Chip Overstreet, former CEO and president, will be executive director on the Encover board of directors. Keough also will serve as a member of Encover's board. He has more than 25 years of high-technology executive, sales and channel management experience. Keough previously was CEO and president of a telecommunications company and CEO of an audio, video and conferencing products and services company. Keough will be based in Sandy, home of Encover's U.S.-based sales and operations center.
