PROVO (AP) — The wife of a man involved in the 1992 Ruby Ridge standoff has died in Utah.

The Utah County Sheriff's Office says Daneille Harris died Feb. 19 in a Payson hospital after being taken off life support.

The 39-year-old Harris and her husband, Kevin Harris, were driving through Utah a day earlier when she stopped breathing. Lt. Darin Durfey says the cause of death still is unknown but drugs may be a factor.

In 1992, Kevin Harris was involved in an 11-day standoff with federal marshals at the Idaho home of Randy Weaver. Three people were killed and Harris was injured in a firefight.
