Delma Rae Macklin

Delma Rae Macklin, 78, our loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away July 4, 2008 at her home.She was born March 21, 1930 in West Jordan, Utah to Albert Oscar and Rosina Sparks Morris. On August 11, 1949, Delma married Arnold Bruce Macklin in Sandy, Utah.
Delma enjoyed many hobbies including, ceramics, making and dressing porcelin dolls, China painting, crocheting, quilting and knitting. She also enjoyed making bead necklaces and bracelets. She loved her cats, Sparky and Sugar. Delma served as a Visiting Teacher as well as a counselor in the Relief Society
Presidency.
Survivors: husband, Bruce; children, Cheryl Sielhorst, Lee Macklin (Denise), Karen Morrison (Tim); 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and three more on the way; sister, Faye Neff (Floyd); sister-in-law, Darlene Morris.
Preceded in death by her parents; two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held Tues., July 8, 2008 at 2 p.m. in the Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State. A viewing will be held Mon. from 6-8 p.m. and Tues. one hour prior to services.
Interment, Mountain View Memorial Estates.
