20-year-old Payson man accused of having sex with a 13-year-old

PAYSON — A Payson man was arrested after police say he had sexual relations with a 13-year-old.

Allen Matthew Lewis, 20, allegedly climbed into bed with the victim and started kissing her and telling her how beautiful she was and that he loved her, according to an affidavit filed in 4th District Court. The victim told police that Allen then sexually abused her multiple times.

Police say other victims of Lewis have been coming forward as well.

Lewis was booked into the Utah County Jail for investigation of four counts of rape of a child and one count of sexual abuse of a child. His initial appearance will be Nov. 10.
