Glenn Beck is coming to Salt Lake City again, this time on Saturday, July 17, 10 a.m., in the EnergySolutions Arena, as part of his "American Revival" tour.
He'll be speaking with David Barton, David Buckner and Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Beck will speak twice on "The Future of America" in this daylong event — at its opening and at the closing.
Tickets to the event range from $45 to $175.
Beck, a popular radio/TV host and best-selling author, will also be in Boise that day, presenting "Faith 101" at 7 p.m.
Beck's radio show airs weekdays on KNRS (FM-105.7), from 9-10 a.m. and 4-7 p.m.
Beck's radio show is also available on Sirius XM satellite. His show is part of the new "Patriot Plus Channel" (weekdays, 7-10 a.m. MDT). Others personalities on this XM channel include Mike Church, Andrew Wilkow, Sean Hannity and Mark Levin.
RADIO HAPPENINGS — "The Radio From Hell" show on KXRK ("X-96") wants to help save the Fourth of July fireworks show in Sugarhouse Park. As such, the Tuesday, May 25, show will air from the Whole Foods Market, 1131 Wilmington Ave., where 5 percent of all purchases that day will go toward saving the fireworks.
— The KCPX call letters were famous in the Salt Lake radio market for many decades. As of last year, a Moab station, AM-1490, has secured the KCPX call letters. This station has a talk radio format, with Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Dr. Laura Schlessinger.
— "Chin Wah" remains a longtime popular feature on the "Mick and Allen" show on KBER, FM-101.1, Tuesday afternoons at 5:35 p.m.
