Children: Garry R. Remington (Susan Kay) of Mt Pleasant, UT and Judi R. Mitchell of Scottsdale, AZ. Married Paul Morris Hansen. Child: Kenneth M. Hansen (Karen) of Mt Pleasant, UT. Married Owen Matson Peel: Children: Calvin O. Peel (Debbie) of Draper, UT, Mitchell L. Peel (Tina) of Fruita, CO and Darryl M. Peel (Debbie) of Mt. Pleasant, UT. Married Bernard "Herb" Jacobsen, a childhood sweetheart. She was the mother of six children and had 20 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Her love for this family knew no bounds. They were her most prized possessions. Each and every one of these children was made to feel special by her. In return her love was reciprocated in equal measure. Her memory will live on in these families. No sacrifice was ever too much for her in regard to providing for her family. She was known as a tireless worker and devoted wife and mother. She served her church and community in a number of positions. All who knew her were made her friends. She had a tremendous capacity for caring and concern for all she met. No stranger to hardships and difficulties in her life she overcame all by her tenacity and work ethic. She was rewarded with much joy and happiness for her efforts. She was blessed with great abilities and talents. Her needle work was creative and admired by many. She made it a point to see that each member of her family was given a handmade creation produced by many hours of work. Her yard and gardens were also a priority. She worked long and hard to provide a beautiful landscape to brighten her neighborhood. Always dressed to the "nines" in public she was regarded and admired as an individual who provided a standard and example of behavior, dress and fashion. She was for years a self employed businesswoman who provided items to brighten and enliven the homes and persons of Sanpete County and beyond. All of those who she served admired and respected her for her expertise and integrity. She truly made a lasting difference in the world around her. All who ever crossed her threshold were welcomed and made a friend. Few ever left who were not filled with food or filled with brighter hope. Many marveled at her almost magical ability to provide a filling meal to a crowd with few provisions at hand, often with leftovers. The world has lost a treasure but is left with her many valuable contributions. A fond farewell to a very class act.
