HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. — The Hendersonville High School auditorium has been named after country star Taylor Swift.
According to WSMV-TV, the Sumner County School Board voted unanimously this week on the auditorium's new name.
Swift, a former student at the school, donated $75,000 last year to refurbish the auditorium's sound and lighting systems.
The school said it's an appropriate way to thank Swift for her generosity and kindness.
She is the reigning Country Music Association entertainer of the year.
