Obituary: JOLLEY, PENNE

Penne Bradley Jolley1960 ~ 2014I was born May 13, 1960 in Ogden, UT and raised by the finest people I will ever know, Thomas W. Bradley and Patricia Doxey. They set my feet on paths of adventure, challenge, opportunity, knowledge, curiosity and understanding. I attended Utah State University, completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business, where I met and married Scott C. Jolley and spent nearly 30 years with him before we divorced. I could not be more sorry it ended, but I wish him all the happiness in the world. I was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints when I was eight. I have not always been what He wanted me to be and I beg forgiveness of those I may have hurt. I have been so blessed with many opportunities to travel, serve, and live life abundantly. I have experienced great sorrow and exquisite joy, deep pain and unimaginable pleasure, unconditional love and horrible hatred, unbearable humiliation and wonderful praise, blessed happiness and soul searching sadness. I thank my Heavenly Father for His tender mercies and for filling my life with joy. My family is my legacy. Being a mother has helped me understand in a very small way God's pure, unconditional, undefiled love. There are not words to describe what I believe it will be like to be welcomed home into His loving arms.Penne is survived by her children Elizabeth (Thomas), Sarah (Christopher), Scott Jr., and Tiffany (Aupiu), grandchildren Isaac, Caleb and Eli, parents Thomas W. (Bill) and Patricia Bradley, siblings John (Kathleen), Pamela (Anthony), Arthur (Suzanne), LoriAnn (Perry)plus the biggest, most loving group of aunts/uncles/nieces/nephews/cousins/in-laws and other various significant others ever!Special thanks to Juliet and Good Shepherd Hospice, who provided wonderful care and compassion to Penne and her family. Services will be held Monday, March 24 at noon at the Orem Lakeview Chapel, 2168 S. 140 West. Friends may call at the ward house from 10-11:30 am.
