SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Jazz have added another player to their roster, signing free agent forward E.J. Singler and securing the former Oregon forward's D-League rights.

Singler will likely begin the basketball season with the team's D-League affiliate, the Idaho Stampede, if he doesn't stick with the Jazz. Utah has until early next week to bring its roster back down to 13-15 players.

The 6-6 Singler, younger brother of Oklahoma City's Kyle Singler, played the 2014-15 season in Estonia for BC Kalev/Cramo. He averaged 6.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 60 games.

Singler averaged 14.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists for the Stampede two seasons ago.

During his collegiate career, Singler averaged 11.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists for the Ducks.
