America's classrooms are changing.

The U.S. Department of Education forecasted that America's classrooms would become a minority-majority in 2014, according to Pew.

While most school districts in Utah are not yet a minority-majority, the state has seen growth in the number of minority students. According to the Utah State Office of Education, minority students make up almost 25 percent of Utah's students grades K through 12 this school year.
